A quiet boat on the Bay of Kotor, just off Perast, with Our Lady of the Rocks and the old bell towers in view. The water was calm, the light was going soft toward evening, and two men were about to change everything with one question. We were nearby, cameras ready, staying out of the way.
We love these mornings and evenings on the water. There’s nothing loud about them, just you, the person you’re asking, and a bay that has watched people fall in love for centuries.
